Well, I kind of liked the cell phone gimmick. There's something so ironic about opening a flip phone to a harpsichord arpeggio. I think as long as you try to be as authentic as possible with the music itself (i.e. harpsichord instead of piano, less vibrato in the strings) then it's ok to take liberties with modernizing the production itself. Although, the Afghanistan and Iraq joke was a little much. LOL
Calm down, man. We all hated this show. If you want the credit for this horrible joke, you may have it. I'd much prefer to have been using a sword as per the original text. Please, oh please, take this joke away from me.
How interesting...That the cell phone gimic was done in this production at like 6:20...Since TAMIU did this production in Spring 2008, WE did it first and WE updated it to have the newer style...Funny how Baylor sudenly does it in the Fall of 2008 when a TAMIU student transfers over there...Hmmm...I sense foulplay....
