I met Tokyo Joe in Nagoya, about 12 years ago. One single guy who makes music with instruments hanging all over his body, like chimms and bells. He was not Japanese, though. I think he might have been American. Just a few months after, I heard Brian Ferry's Tokyo Joe, and I was very excited to have had luck to meet such a distinctive character!
