Quick dribbling skill from FIFA 09 Demo

Can anybody tell me how to do dribbling (Which keys to press) in FIFA 09 assuming default controls in PC? Thanks

How do you abruptly stop like that and change direction when you are dribbling?

just push the right stick in any direction without holding down LT/L2
