  • There are several whistles used in the piece - low D, high D, low G, low F, maybe low A as well. The main moving part was on a low G.

  • What kind of irish Whistle it is?

    D low?

  • I'll be posting another vid soon with the notes. Several of you have been asking for them. Just been super busy recently but I promise it's on the way. p

  • @halveyp

    please do that :)

  • @halveyp This was an absolute pleasure waching. Thanks a lot

  • If you need the notes go to the links in michal18c's video - Ostatni Mohikanin (TLOTM Theme) on irish D low whistle

  • @BlackfolkAndPiano. I just felt the rolls wouldn't go with the style I wanted. The moving part is three separate tracks overlayed to try and mimic the sound of a fyfe band. The rolls would make it difficult to sync up the tracks and might make for a messier end result.

  • i must learn it...

  • great job! but try to use some rolls in place of tonguing, the result should be even more awesome :)

  • Hello, I'd like to ask you if you write out the notes for us.I'm a begginer at the penny whistle. You play very well. I know that you gave us the basic but It just not quite clear to me. Thanks

  • im wanting to learn this majorly!!

  • @montse9213 I don't have any sheet music for it. It's all from my head. Its fairly simple overall- same chord sequence repeated over 8 measures (easy for looping) throughout the piece. Bm (2), A (2), D (1), A (1), Bm (2). I built evrything around this. D, Bm

  • could you send me the partiture if you have it? where did you learn it from?

  • loved it!

  • @Mahaim13 thanks

  • now THIS is a beauty...
