@kuglebugle AR-15's can be owned in the U.K. by holders of a firearms certificate which involves going through rigorous backround checks. They are very popular here due to the sheer amount of aftermarket parts. Mine is a Spikes Tactical with "16 barrel. Our AR.s are unfortunately manual operation as semi auto in centrefire calibres are banned, however we are allowed semi .22 lr, and I have a .22 semi auto coversion kit for my rifle as well.

Wait a second sorry about that! I know you guys can have some stuff, but I thought that AR15's in the UK were a big no no. That gun looks to good to be an Airsoft.

@kuglebugle We can have pretty much the same as you guys in the US(?) but with alot of conditions attached. On the plus side we have no Mag restrictions & can have shorter barrels without any drama, My ASA M4 has a 12.5" barrel.
