Looks good.. you could do some damage. There is a video with a kid making a heavy bag with carpet padding and duct tape uploaded on YT, check it out. Harbinger bag gloves are great; you can get a pair sometimes for less than ten bucks on Ebay. You'll like them. I used to use old tires for striking.. Got to wrap your wrists though.

@HeiligZorn with approx 6 sections from a small tree,can be 1 section,but mine was cut up for the fire,the floor rug and 3 bungie roaps to strap it to wall,i had no wall hooks,so cut the tops of some ring spanners,and hammered them in to wall,then put a bit of cheep chemical metal in the hammered hole and taped in the spanner head back in to hole,have fun :)
hey man, not bad! that thing will do just fine for a while. a few tips: keep your mouth closed most of the time, your asking to get knocked on your ass with your mouth open like that. if anything, work on breathing with each strike. as your throwing a punch, BREATH. you'll see it gives you much more power. kind of how when your lifting weights. Also when your throwing your punches, dont have your fists straight up like that. have them like that when in your stance, but as you throw them, turn.

This is great If you live at place where you cant hang a heavy bag ! Plus its portable and you can move it room to room and place it in a corner so it wont fall over when puching it . You dont have to put holes in your wall to mount it.!

hey man, not bad! that thing will do just fine for a while. a few tips: keep your mouth closed most of the time, your asking to get knocked on your ass with your mouth open like that. if anything, work on breathing with each strike. as your throwing a punch, BREATH. you'll see it gives you much more power. kind of how when your lifting weights. Also when your throwing your punches, dont have your fists straight up like that. have them like that when in your stance, but as you throw them, turn.

Damn good idea!!
This is great If you live at place where you cant hang a heavy bag ! Plus its portable and you can move it room to room and place it in a corner so it wont fall over when puching it . You dont have to put holes in your wall to mount it.!

@timberland1108 i dont like the idear of the dust from that getting in to your lung's.my othere 2 vid's show a mini punch bag out of a pice of tree covered in old foam pipe insulation,or the speed ball out of a rubber ball.it is fun and cost 99p. :)

@prestonhocker i used what i had at time cut 2 spanners in half and used the ring half hammered in to wall then used some poxy putty to hold the ring spanner in the wall,the lower fixings are screw driver bits hammered in to wall.and bungee straps

@kevinstuartfr0st that's true even trainers say to use only half speed and half power to your hits when training never the 100%. So u can last longer in training and do more...
