when i purge i would feel scared of not getting all the food out at first, but then i would save a bit in my stomach and be proud of having "control" (by keep some in my stomach)
after you purged you didn't feel as guilty as you expected so you were relieved, but you were a little worried that you'd make it a habit again because it WAS so easy
Remember Jesus loves you and gave His life for you! Try reading the Bible, starting with the Gospel, like the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke , and John. I know it will help. Know that my prayers are with you. Especially read Philippians 4:13 in the New Testament.
Maybe this will help all of y'all! I have three close friends that are bulimic, one girl I have known for 21 years and she just had her gallbladder removed and she looks like a skeleton. My other friend threw up so much that her stomach went to her chest cavity and they had to operate, she has also had most of her small intestine removed. She has children and has made the commitment to live for them. But my point is do you really want to live with your stomach in your chest?
Totally know how you feel about weight gain... But i don't throw up because i hate it. But earlier this year i had a hormone imbalance causing me to be constantly nauseated and so i wasn't eating well, sometimes not at all. But since i got meds, i started eating and therefore gaining, i was tempted to go back to not eating, but then i decided that was a bad idea. So i'm coming to peace with it more.
So relatable! Did you find it helpful to keep this blog to confront yourself? I love how honest you are! But my question actually is: do you recommand people who also try to recover to keep some sort of blog, just to keep them motivated?
@Mrmiep1 i think it was helpful...having to blog my progress to the public was motivating. but it depends on the person & if they're comfortable putting themselves out there & having the possibility of having people who know you, see your face or hear your voice & learn your story... =)
@ClearUncertainty yea thats my problem i think i could never do this because im just to afraid someone will see me seeing i model and my parents are known but i loveee how you just say it all its like you dont even have to explain it to the depth that you do i already know what you mean im trying i fell right back into to it but im 124 right now im trying to get back to 120 then try again on a healthy diet to stay that weight while eating and exercising hopefully i can be normal soon again:/
its ok just pick up where you left off =) i know wen i fck up i always use it as an excuse to spiral back into purging/restricting but im tryna learn how to just say its ok and go back to doing the right thing
no worry babes, i sent ur private msg b 4, i had b/p anorexia suffering for 5 years.when i conciderd recovery my first purge after was a year later lasteda week , i still liked the feeling but continued the battle , the my next purge after was a year after and was my last ...i finally hated and felt no relief
Purging messes with your metabolism so now your body is in starvation mode so everything you eat will be stored as fat. So to fix that you need to eat lots of fruits in the morning and lots of veggies at night to show/tell your body that food is plentiful and it can slowly get out of starvation mode. Not mcdonalds cheeseburgers and taco bell tacos lol.
my dear beautiful friend, sadly giving in happens, please do not dwell on it do much. you will succed. just continue to fight. hope you had a nice day in school
299 is amazing! Slip ups happen, so take it for what it was. Put it behind you. Think of how amazing 299 days have been to you!! You gotta relaxation plan in place for when you feel stressed? You know that the "voice" will be stronger since it always is after an episode, so take EXTRA caution, like stay away from binge triggers, take off some pressure by reading or going for a walk every day or so, maybe? I'm glad you've got your therapist there for you, and you got us on yt :D
u re actually very strong. i hv been diagnosed with bulimia for 5 yrs and til now, i still cant resist the purge for more than 3 days. support here :)
mcdonalds cheeseburgers are a trigger food. if you eat one because you are hungry it will only make you more hungry. when i'm hungry i try to choose something with more nutritional value even though it can be tempting just to eat fast food
You're so lucky to have such nice teeth! Mine have been completely ruined through all this. Like your therapist said, everyone has slips but my you are doing fantastic! I'm jealous x
hi! how much do u weight hey im on a master cleanse day 21. i'm also a full blown bulimic with tendencies of anorexia. i do this so i can get back to school. but i am soo nervous

A slip can be a learning experience if you let it be.
DO NOT beat yourself up over a slip.
