Another reason I prefer PC over console: communication. You have a keyboard right at your hands, and can chat to all players, your team, or in BFBC2's case, only to your 2-4 man squad, in addition to standard squad voice chat.

I wouldn't quite agree that the game in initially unbalanced--you can use tactics with a shitty weapon and still come out on top--even if you're new to the game. Granted, you got to be a fast learner, but I wouldn't consider BFBC2 to be initially unbalanced. Furthermore, if you aren't really all that great with the direct gunfights in the game, BFBC2 will still allow you to do many non-combat related activities within your respected jobclass to earn exp points.

i must admit i noticed that once i got a good sight i was owning! you've just got to give it time and the game gets even more fun. im not a troll but in terms of game design and core gameplay BFBC2 is much better than MW2 and i got to 4th prestige on MW2.

i wouldn't say that tanks is overpowered, it is just that people doesn't give a shit in taking them out. lets say there is a tank in a squad death-match game. you are getting killed by it, and what do you do, you keep playing as normal. a god player would change his class, to an engineer, with the AT4 with both explosion upgrades. then, it takes 2 shots to take the tank out.

Battlefield has generally always been more realistic than CoD. In real life bullets dont travel at the speed of light and are affected by gravity, however according to CoD bullets do travel at that speed and arent affected by gravity. Thats the biggest difference between the two. The whole teamwork thing, its a console shooter. hardly any console players are teamwork oriented because so many console shooters reward selfish gameplay. Battlefield is better than CoD. deal with it.

Why does everyone say CoD isn't realistic and has no teamwork. It's the players themselves that ruin CoD. Fuck, Battlefield games have always been about big teams and well...battlefield warfare. I'm not so sure that it takes so long to get an edge. I've unlocked every attachment/upgrade/spec for every class, and I'm only level 32. In fact, I think all that was finished at level 25 or so.

And there's nothing in this game that pisses me off more than when a squadmate defib's me without killing the guy that killed me, in the middle of a gunfight. So he revives me and i just instantly die again. so what could have been a kill was now 2 or 3 deaths, which is just so enraging.

First tip is don't play SDM if you want to level up quick. Next tip is use the engineer to begin because the weapons inflict higher damage than the assault class and medic class and you can destroy vehicles and repair as well for lots of points. When you finally unlock magnum ammo the weapons in the other classes become more viable.
