What i think we YouTubers should do is post songs about how much we LOOOOOOOOVVVVEEEEEEEEE Universal Music Group, Sony, etc. Let's show some love to WMG competitors with videos praising them for actually being smart enough to understand what fair use of copyrighted material is.

The sad part is many bands like Linkin Park, Foo Fighters, and I believe Metallica have said they don't care if people put there songs up on websites like these. It's a great way for them to increase there fanbase. Now all they ask in return is to be credited, as in if you post a video with their song playing you have to say "That song was playing" But WMG is just to greedy to accept that.

to be honest no one from youtube has been taken to court ( that i am aware of at the moment ). the people i belive have been taken to court are people who's computers are host servers for file sharing sites like bearshare and limewire. they are responsible for millions of tracks being iligaly downloaded, there esentaly the drug dealers of the music world. and the music industry wants them to pay back all the money they have lost becouse of it.

Youtube says only certain songs can be used, so the song gets really old.
Youtube loses good vids, from lack of good songs, and loses visiters.

I just love how the one guy is like "Yeah it's a pretty sad state of affairs, but oh well, that's the way the ball bounces." As if this isn't going to have any impact on the rest of the music industry. Obviously a guy who doesn't know what he's talking about.

Best line of attack: encourage millions of viewers to set up accounts with Youtube devoted solely to uploading warner videos. Every time they get taken down, upload more warner videos. Then warner will go bankrupt having to hire thousands more trolls to work overtime taking down youtube videos.

Thats it, the massive corporations are destroying us. This whole copyright thing is absurd. These people serve us, we are the buying customer. WE DON"T SERVE THEM. These companies need to respect the people. The GREED is going to end everything as we know it.
