Because Revé is considered to play modern changüí. It is not at all traditional obviously, but Elio Revé Matos took certain aspects of changüí and transposed them to salsa and has even been erroneously credited as having created changüí. Elito Revé is called "el príncipe del changüí", so whether traditionalists like it or not, Orquesta Revé is considered changüí. Check out lyrics such as "changüí changüísero soy yo"
Just wondered because to my ears it hardly sounds at all like the changüí songs I listened to, e.g. Changui video # 1.

I read that Revé added instruments like the trombone here to traditional changüí & uses a changüí bongo pattern for the timbales. Probably something similar holds for marímbula/keyboard? Neither bass nor timbales here but a drum kit?
na bro check it out, there is bass but no drum kit, it just might appear that way coz the piano is in the way, its just timbales (the same as elio reve's timbales, LP thunder timbs) but na its just timbales with a tom on the left side (our left) and a snare on the right.

I like it, but why did you tag it changüí?
