I don't agree with the majority of you, this band has many differences from the gazette. I don't know, but I've heard to lots of VK bands and some of them is true that the similarities with the gazette are sometimes too obvious, but I don't think this is the case.

He joined the imperial army as volunteer as many others who later made career in ROK. Same as Iwasato Masao the first democratically elected President of ROC (Taiwan) - Lee Teng-hui. There were many dark aspects of Japanese colonization of Korea and of Taiwan, but also positive one.
