  • oh my god. are u joking? sure.. she's talented, but can you tell me if she was a modest reasonably good looking woman, would we all think the same of her? it seems to me people find her more talented as she is not 'beautiful'... the only thing that annoys me about her is that she seems so big-headed since she became 'famous worldwide'

About what you said, yes if she was a reasonably good looking woman we probably would think of her the same way but if you saw the audince they all juded her the same way when they saw she wasnt beatiful and asummed she didnt have talent so i think its probably 50/50

  • I agree with you as well. I support Susan Boyle with her singing career, but you can't honestly compare the attention she's getting to the attention stars like Katharine McPhee or others received when they were discovered.

    We shouldn't judge others on their appearance is what I'm getting from this, yet this is exactly what's happening. She doesn't look nearly as pretty as superstars, so we glorify her. When will we learn to treat people equally?
