Oh Alex! You totally make me see the bowl as half-full! What a great speech. I'm still a fairly new toastmaster myself - gave my 2nd speech in November. This is quite the inspiration, and I really appreciate all the wonderful attributes: the pacing, the gestures, the inflections, the language and allusions, and of course, the wry humour!
