  • A love how "metalldragon" uploaded this. Good video man!

  • Your A great constant Drum and singing...Nowhere man mike Portnoy...very2 Like this!!"...

  • Gilbert has the perfect stupid face to sing 50-60s's songs

  • at 1'33''

Portnoy: - He is blind a point of view!!! (WTF???)

Matt: - He is a real nowhere man!!!

    kkkkkkkkkk

  • Gracias a este tributo que escucho a Beatles, grande portnoy!!

  • In case you don't know, Mike it's a HUGE Beatles fan ;)

  • Hopefully a modern band like this will get the younger generation into the great bands like the Beatles. Im a HUGE D.T. and MP fan but this stuff just reeks of classic cover awesomeness....Go to Itunes and get the originals

  • wow! those are tough harmonies! nice.

  • stfu. they dont suck on vocals. in fact they realy got it at all... so pls stfu ok

  • honestly, they suck on vocals, but i admire them as instrumental musicans. Cool, that someone highlits this less know beatles songs

  • @zetaXaron You suck at commenting on Youtube videos, cause the vocals are spot on, perfect harmonies.

  • @CarlosERS89 Singing is not just about fiting the right pitch, then we would not need musicans, when music would be reduced to just notes. Especialy Paul Gilbert sings without any power.

  • This is great because they are true to the spirit of the original material and they are playing for the songs.

It would be so easy for musicians of this calibre to change it to a weird key, add in some 'jazz' chords, switch the rhythm to 11/8 and noodle all over it. (Bet we've all heard it done ^_^ )

    This has taste :-)

  • It's great hearing Portnoy play some simple beats like this.. :D

  • yay febuary 27th there playing again idk about other dates though

  • Mr portnoy's voice is great!

  • They're coming back! End of February 2011: three dates in America!

  • hahaha. "MIKE! HE SINGS!"

  • I'm really glad to see that they flubbed up some of the lyrics- my band has covered this song before, and we always flubbed the lyrics in the same place. The arrangement for this song is off the beaten track.

  • NICE!!! FROM: Rockin Robin Rox.

  • Mike is Perfect in this track... but the grow that he do in bc&sl is not prefect... :)

  • i wanna be in your band,incredible.

  • Oh someone please tell me the name of this dvd???

  • really good *.*

    this is from the dvd?

  • Gotta love Paul Gilbert

  • What an amazing performance!!!

This band proves that you don't need to look and act like the Beatles if you want to be a good Beatle band

  • Portnoy and Gilbert are both great musicians by the way!!!

  • @albensil what are you talking about man? Portnoy spent like 6 grand on a kit that looks exactly like Ringo's.

  • great. really really, gd all of you great singers

  • 20/20

  • Wow! They are great! I don't like covers because of the lack of fidelity. But these ones are simply wonderful.

  • do they play around the chicago area ever.Perfect harmony

  • @gregfarleyeverst69 This was a one off gig they did back in 2003, but who knows, anything is possible with these guys.

  • This a gr8 Beatles song and this is a gr8 version of said song. Love the fact that Mike dose the lead vocals as he dose not have a bad voice. Brilliant song brilliant covers band.

  • damn portnoy kicks some ass singing

  • If only he did more vocals like this in Dream Theater instead of those half-growls XD

    This is an awesome cover.

  • @Canadaman000 I like the way you think Portnoy is darn good singing

  • Great!!!

  • Portnoy isn't half bad at singing.. ! and he looks like Che Guevara o_O

  • che guevara can suck my ass though

  • I've never understood how someone can sing and play drums at the same time. Great job by all. I would love to see this band in concert.

  • It's really not too hard. You've just gotta know the song really well and practice it of course

  • yup. it's eeeeeasy

  • I play drums, guitar and bass.... the most complicated is to sing while playing guitar or bass... depending on the song....

  • I. Want. That. Guitar.

  • yeah paul gilbert!!!!!!!!

  • hahaha true they forgot the lyrics for a sec there, but still they kick ass!

  • um.......nowhere man is a beatles song....not the stones

  • the whole winehouse reference in the name should be a dead giveaway that this person has no idea that the stones did not write this wonderful tune. possibly my fave beatles tune.

  • Or maybe he's just having a laugh...?

  • What a shame...

  • 1:35 lol

  • "He's as blhave as hoint of view"

  • Simplemente genial, sin palabras

  • this is a great line-up for a beatles cover band, especially morse and matt bissonette

  • wow... i love it!!!

  • How did they start singing in the right key? o_O

  • because they are musical geniouses...or is it genii

  • If you litsen carefully at the start of the song paul plays an e chord.

  • Man, Mike rules at everything he does! He's not particularly an amazing singer, but he hits the melodies perfectly! This is the best lineup for a Beatles cover band.

  • Better than LaBrie.

  • Why would you compare Mike to LaBrie? There's no way Mike can sing most Dream Theater songs

  • I just like his voice better.

  • Yeah, he's good! His singing voice sounds just like his normal voice though...

  • who knew portnoy could sing...love that guy

  • yeahhhh

  • first! =]
