Very cool! I just learned how to felt in July at the South Country Fair in Alberta, Canada. I am adding it to my other artisan hobbies- pottery making (wheel and slab/hand) and soap making! Wish I did not have to work for a living-it cuts into my art and outdoor activities time! HAHA!
I'm writing a dissertation work about teaching English students of applied arts faculty with the use of multimedia techniques and want to ask your permission about using it in my work. Is it possible?
That was just so much fun to watch! Monday morning, first of the week good experience. I love it. You are so cool to share this. Thanks much, Victoria in NYC
Thanks so much! Wonderfully done! I'm a long time fibre artist, but have never done felt. I now feel fully informed to begin something whenever I want. All technical details are included. Great post!
This is very frusting. Everytime I try to watch this video it skips. I am able to watch other Youtube videos just fine...but not this one. I'd REALLY like to see it.
I really enjoyed watching something new as there is not much I haven't seen in the craft world....its a bit like tie-dying where the fun is in seeing the end results of the colours combinations. But I can't say I thought the purse was cute - maybe you have to make some sort of fluttery dress to go with it! LOL.
YAY more felt in da world so we can stop slave labor n sweat shops...we spin every week to inspire the state...I felt EVERYTHING i can.If anyone interested in my felt 3D creatures...drop me a line...Age is always a lie anyway!!!blessins to all
I loved this. I was JUST researching felting online and stumbled upon this - I love seeing the techniques of felting since I'm a beginner and it helps to see how she does it. Great!
you didn't rinse it after rolling? No vinegar rinse?

Love your instructions.
I just have a few questions.
Is using two pieces of silk chiffon necessary, and what kind of stitching do you use
Thank you;-)
