When I hire someone for my business, I always pay more attention to their proven work history than to what they say in the interview and as a result I have great employees. I see these "Who is Barack Obama?" ads and I want to see "What are John McCain's plans?" ads. I haven't seen any ad stating what McCain's plans are.
