I just want to know if there's *any* way of turning this off apart from doing the exercise? Like if there's a switch or if you can take the cap off and take the batteries out? I need a fool-proof way of getting out of bed so I'll get this if exercise is the *only* way of turning it off.
man kanns auch so einstellen dass man es nur 1 mal heben brauch damit es aufhört
