  • 28:00 on ... geez, you know, they have trained people to do this sort of thing ... they're called "police." So what makes this twit decide he's on "Mission: Impossible" or something?

And then he's dumb enough to resume the relationship with her??

  • @MrsNorris55 No one says that the police were not involved too along with my son and I take offense at you calling my son a "twit" but then we have to realize that "IGNORANT" people live in our society!!!!!!!!! He also NEVER resumed the relationship.......she STALKED him after she got out of jail!!!!!!

With Hope that JUSTICE will be served soon, Sheryl~Proud Mother of Jeramy Burt

  • I believe Jeannie, or whateva her name is, did something to him..but only god knows..& God will show no mercy on whoeva did something to him or anyone else for dat matter..I wish y'all da best, & my prayers go out to y'all..

  • turning up afterwards at Jeramy's home, unannounced, bringing sandwiches to the workplace, was all part of the grand plan, because it showed her character to be non threatening, leading up to, what i believe, was a meticulously planned revenge attack on Jeramy. and the problem is, we can see from her prior convictions and career experience, that this woman would be a natural at hiding a guilty conscience, if at all she had one.

  • there is no way after losing a successful career as she had, that she was going to take lightly to the person who made it come crashing down, not to mention the person who rejected a woman with her professional power, as i'm sure until then, had been used to getting what she wanted..

  • cross examine jeannie as often as poss

  • Incredibly people on here blaming the Jeremy, If a woman went missing they would NEVER blame her. Men are always at fault and women always the victim no matter what.

  • He refused your bribes because you thought you were invincible, it is time for you to take responsibility Jeannie and come forward with what you did and where he is at. His daughter DESERVES to have her dad back!!! I WILL NEVER GIVE UP!!

    Sheryl~Jeramy's Mom

  • Today Feb.11, 2012 marks 5 years since Jeramy went missing, I say 5 years too long!!!! Jeramy and his ex-wife were back together at the time of his disappearance. Jeannie, you tried to frame someone else and so I believe you MURDERED Jeramy for helping clear this other person.

  • @Innerbee I grew up with Jeremy, he was my best friend growing up. watch you mouth when your talking about him. get your fuckin ass kicked.

  • The lawyer lady now works for Mary Kay, she goes by Jeannie Hughes 208-615-0531

    this is her email address

    marykay.jh@gmail.com

    She lives in Colorado.

  • wow you feminists are some fucked up people, bet you enjoyed every minute of this video. You have a young babydaughter that will never see her father again, and who knows what kind of psychological implications would come out of this. go fuck yourselves

  • @stophatingonsoldiers As a male, I try not to read the comments in these videos. In almost every single murder mystery video like this I come across, the top comments are attacking the male or males in the story regardless of whether he is the offender or the victim. It doesn't even matter. The attitude of the comments by so many women here and elsewhere is absolutely disgusting. But I also feel sorry for them because only a bitter, ulgy, insecure, woman would consistantly act like that.

  • @xxChemicalWeaponsxx As the mother of Jeramy Burt, I will agree with you!!!!!!!

  • He's hot

  • Going to talk with a friend about the upcoming hunting season at 10:30pm - highly unlikely. It is more plausible to believe he was meeting a girl the way he was dressed.

    JNR

  • Lady Lawyer who was disbarred went by the name of Jeannie Braun, but there's little information about her online-she may be going by another name, Jeannie Ilana ElBakri or Jeannie Bakri or an entirely different name altogether. Anyone know what became of her? Find it hard to beleive she had nothing to do with this.

  • @cristinapalmer3

Jeannie IIana Braun Hughes in Utah!!!!!!!!

  • @gmasheryl in Saint george?! Is she married???! Hopefully Jeremy will be found in the next few years, and the persons who have some thing to do with this will have to face the music

  • @cristinapalmer3

    Yes!!!!!

  • I find it so eerie how communication continued through text messages after he disappeared. The thought of someone posing as you when you could be dead is such a surreal thing to imagine.

  • @Innerbee He who casts the first stone is without sin right????

  • Jeramy was a wonderful father, an amazing friend, son, all in all an incredible human being. Out of respect for the family, I would appreciate it if you would refrain from leaving nasty comments. What if it were your loved one that was missing? Murdered? Would you appreciate derogatory comments left by people who didn't know your family's situation? Probably not! Please? We've ALL been through enough! Show some dignity and respect. That's all we ask. We love and miss you Jeramy! Thank you!

  • @wiseman52809

    XOXOXOXO

  • One of the best "perfect murders" I'v ever seen. It shouldn't be, and most likely wouldn't have been if investigated properly. The first person looked at should have been Kim! Then her perfect alibi should have raised a MASSIVE red flag. In my opinion she has everyone bamboozled with simple misdirection(the text messages & a good patsy). I'm no authority, but I have seen psychopaths lie plenty of times while watching real crime programs, and for me, Kim ticks ALL the boxes! Sorry if I'v upset a

  • well i don't see why he helped to put her in jail in the first place. Minding your bloody business is always a good rule.

  • @guiguox It's called doing the right thing. She was forging a judges signature in child custody cases. She took advantage of her privelages as a presecutor and abused it!!! I say THANK GOD!!!! At least somebody had the balls to stick up for what was right and not allow another state official to get away with such a devious act if immoralism. **My opinion**

  • @wiseman52809 Recording conversasions with the girl u get laid with? By my book this is wrong. Cops have all the right to put a guy/gairl in jail. Not friends/lovers. Anyway, she did 1 year in jail. I suppose the felony wasn't so grave. As fir the balls, with all due respect, this guy showed looks a bit a liar to me. And a liar has never big balls.

  • dosent matter who you are or what your actions . no one deserves to dissappear or be murdered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @mymorgans What if the persosn is the muderer? what do they deserve?

  • Furthermore, I'm fairly certain that probation officers can have parolees picked up if they have even the slightest suspicion that the individual is involved in a crime, particularly for something this serious. Charge her with grand theft auto or violating her probation. It doesn't have to stick, but it would give police an excuse to search an question her. And like everyone else said, why on earth haven't they tried pinging his cell? Seems like LE really dropped the ball here.

  • I know polygraph evidence isn't admissible at trial, but is the fact that Ms. Braun (or whatever he name is now) failed the test (as Jeramy's mother told us, and I have no reason to doubt her) and violated the restraining order enough grounds to obtain a warrant to search her home and vehicle, and possibly even her financial records?

  • scary old guy hair

  • The mom sounds exactly like Phyllis on The Office.

  • That lawyer has to be involved, if someone tapes you admitting to a crime and it destroys your career and sends you to prison, you dont come back acting nice to them unless its a ploy to get back at them.

  • Are there any updates on this case?

  • Why wouldn't the police try to find him with the cell phone signals or view the camera in the ATM at the Chevron gas station?

  • this show is kinda scary some storys will leave you thinking about wtf happened

  • Thanks for uploading !!

  • Find it hard to believe the Lady Lawyer didn't have anything to do with it

  • I can't help but think the Braun woman hired someone to take care of Jeramy. She was obviously manipulative enough to do something to get revenge for being rejected.

  • @Gingergal23456

I live in birmingham too and I think ive seen the exact same person..

  • psycho ex girlfriend had a year in jail to plot her revenge...

  • I think I saw a guy who looks kinda like Jeramy in my home town of Birmingham, Mi o.0 kinda strange...

  • THIS IS SO SAD!

  • @ColtDoxt1245 I agree, it's sad to lose a loved one to death, but the unknown is even worse. It just leaves a hole in your heart :(

  • If he left of his own will its quite odd he did leave everything including his gorgeous baby girl...But he cheated on his wife...So many awkward differences in this story and his character. Its hard to tell anything about him. I hear one thing I am convinced he is this I hear something else and I am convinced he is that!

  • Hmm this guy wasnt acting very honorable, and was dishonestly playing around. Who can say what really happened here, there are too many possible scenarios.

  • @ozjenva I agree he wasn't the best husband, but he was a good father to his daughter and why would he leave without letting his daughter know. And even though, he and the baby's mother weren't married anymore they were still able to co-parent their daughter so something is differently wrong and I believe this Ginny woman knows what happen to Jeramy.

  • How incredibly frustrating and gut-wrenching for the family. This series highlights a sad fact; the good guys don't always get their man. They make an amazing effort, but sometimes it just doesn't happen. I hope the best for his daughter. Maybe someday some answers.

  • that wasnt jeremy texting. whoever had his phone knew she'd be able 2 id his voice & convo. thats why they only used texting and wouldnt speak. that shit alone tells you that foul plays involved, at this point any way. he doesnt want 2 speak or see his child? those texts are coming from that lawyer chick. THAT PSYCHO LAWYER BITCH KILLED HIM. i think she was still mad about being taped and he probably told her it was over. this case has a female written all over it

  • Damn...that lawyer was a real piece of work eh? Forging a JUDGE'S signature as a lawyer. That's some serious disrespect for the courts. Not to mention it was a child custody case which makes you think the worst. That parent had no chance to get the kid and she was lying to get it for them. Can't really say either way but that's fucked up. Going by her character here I'm sure it wasn't a good deed to keep a kid away from a bad parent. No respect for anyone.

  • @Reip187 You know what, I think that Ginny woman has something to do with the disappearance of the Jeramy. Something tells me when he got pissed off with her showing up at the house, she got very mad and wanted revenge.

  • Why on earth did Jeremy go out of his way to secretly record conversations with and testify against an ex-lover regarding a situation that had *nothing* whatever to do with him? Outrageous, absurd and, ultimately very stupid--probably what killed him.

  • Comment removed

  • this guy is NOT a good person...

  • Whenever they said Kim George I always think they said "King George".

  • @IWasAPepper haha...so did I for the first half although I kind of have it on in the background while playing a video game. Seemed like they like it since they say her full name almost every time.

  • Comment removed

  • Wow, I,m amaze how people can get away with cold blooded murder in this country, and live a normal life.

  • is easy as finding the suppostly girlfriend and following her and doing wt ever to get her talk, because obviously she had to do with it, because he got her in jail and that;s enough to say she had reasons to kill him and burning a car is = to destroying evidence

  • the wife is stupid why u let ur man go out with sum bitchy lawyer

  • Comment removed

  • That woman ginny has something to do with it he is dead so the police need to find him so his family can be at peace

  • Personally I think Jeremy took off. There is a women he couldnt stay away from but he was trying to do right by his child and ex-wife. The stress of the situation and his own weakness for this Ginny women were too much, he left. I'm curious who he talked to when he called the pay phone though.

  • Ok so Jeremy cared about Ginny but he helped put her in prison? He sincerely wanted to make things work out with Kim but he was seeing Ginny again after she got out of prison? It sounds to me like his involvement with this Ginny women was the end of him. He wanted her gone but yet still had her around. Kim called the police not him, she was bringing him lunch!! Sounds like Jeremy got himself involved with a Delilah and he was obsessed and hooked himself. Couldnt stay away from her apparently

  • Thats pretty convenient that Ginny showing up at the door of the apartment and Jeremy telling her to leave got recorded on to Kim's voicemail. I mean how in the world did that happen. Had Jeremy been calling Kim right at that second and didnt turn the phone off when he went to the door? did the phone dial accidently right at that moment? ODD

  • Did these police check which cellular towers these calls came from that were made from his phone after his disappearence? That could give a range of some sort.

  • Maybe the lawyer bitch met some no goods in jail that would do it for free representation in future. She is involved!!

  • So he sent a women to jail and then saw her again when she got out of jail. I feel sorry for the guy but as Shakespeare said - "hell hath no fury like a women scorned."

He put his ex and child at risk by seeing a criminal again after she got out of jail. This is a terrible price to pay but it could have been his family that they got too.

I am of course assuming the lawyer has something to with this and that of course could be completely wrong.

  • @WillShakespeare2007

She STALKED Him after getting out of Jail, ignoring the No Contact Order Issued !!!!!!!!!! Also, as I said before......She Did Not Pass ANY of the Polygraphs!!!!!!!!!!

    With Hope,

    Sheryl~Jeramy's Mom

  • @gmasheryl - I am sorry as I did not expect my comment to be read by his mother. I was going on what the documentary said, that she brought sandwiches to work for him after prison etc. But actually I watched this while working so I might have got the wrong end on the stick altogether.

I am very sorry if I caused any distress and I hope you find justice for you son.

  • @WillShakespeare2007

You did not cause me any distress, I fully understand that the show does not explain every detail and that it is hard to peace together the story and that it presents many questions.

I did not mean to sound harsh with my reply to you, I just wanted to answer some of the questions that the viewers have and I have no doubts that Jeannie Braun Hughes is ready All of These Comments!!!!!

    Thank You

    With Hope Always,

    Sheryl~Jeramy's Mom

  • @gmasheryl - Thank you for understanding. I support any effort to investigate this woman. It sends completely the wrong signal to criminals that if a person is not found there will be no serious professional investigation. I have watched many of these missing videos and in every case where the person can not be located the police do not apply the rigorous investigation tactics they should where a crime of this nature is suspected.

  • I work at an idaho prison....they need to have a program where inmates can help solve cold cases... one thing that people need to understand is, inmates brag to their cellies about their past crimes and i guarantee there is an idaho inmate somewhere that can help solve this case..

  • @hiredgun30 I have heard that in Missouri prisons they put pictures of missing people/ cold cases on playing cards that they hand out... not sure if it has helped yet. but at least its the right idea...

  • @hiredgun30 I think that is a GREAT idea!!! Could help out with a lot of missing cases. Have you brought this suggestion up to your superiors??? I would suggest getting a petition started and I would be happy to sign it. I live in Idaho as well and am a close family friend of the Burt's.

  • Sounds like mrsexxxy keeps meeting the wrong guy. When you're older you'll think differently... and if you meet someone with general empathy. Jeramy seems like a really great guy. I was particularly touched by the poem he wrote about the man he never met. Thats heart wrenching.

  • @wearetheattack A great guy who cheated on his girlfriend while she was pregnant. She might have lost the child due to stress and emotional turmoil because deep down she knew he was cheating with this Ginny women. You'd have to be totally dense or in denial not to know that your husband is cheating. She knew. An unfaithful man is not a a great man, that is a weak man. A weak man will run off and leave his child fatherless. I don't care how many poems the man wrote, ACTIONS SHOW CHARACTER.

  • @JCMySoulsBoast I agree.

  • the question remains as to why he taped her? and why he wanted her to go to jail so bad? did lawyer threaten him that if he didnt leave his wife she would cause them harm? maybe that's why he taped her and wanted her to go to jail?

  • You can see the pain in the mom's eyes. She reminds me of my mom. The father seems like he was more of a friend to his son. Jeramy's disappearance must have left a void.

That lawyer is involved and a very shady character. She should be thoroughly looked at. She might have had contacts behind bars or what not to get her revenge on Jeramy.

I hope she reaps all that she sowed.

Hope he is ok. Hopeful he just ran away.

  • Sheryl,

May god give you peace - let's hope there's a happy ending for you all.

    Bless

    Deepest Regards from London England

  • COME ON!!

You KNOW the divorce lawyer bitch DID IT!

    Think about it!

She goes to law school, passes the bar, becomes a highly rated lawyer

and here this guy secretly records the confessions that will bring her down and have

her on probation for 14 years and gets her disbarred!

She killed him and knew all the detail of his life to hurt the wife and daughter as well!

  • Sad story. feel bad for the family. Does seem out of character. exspecially the daughter bday being missed. Sounds almost like the girlfriend is upset he didnt want to see her anymore so she took care of him. she was an attorney she knows how to get around a crime scene. Hope the family gets some answers!

  • errrrr why did they never ask his friend greg before if he made it there!?!? my god lol

  • kim said jeremy never went anywhere randomly and was always home (around the 18:30 minute mark) but then the father contradicts that and says jeremy was known to just randomly disapear into the woods to go "hunting"

  • Why was Jeramy so interested in getting Jeannie arrested??Thats very odd... and why would a lawyer be so involved in a case to the extent of forging a judges signature?Maybe this has something to do with Jeannies cases and Jeramy probably had more dirt on her or was somehow involved too.

  • @maclaireful I felt the show on Jeramy really glossed over these issues, sounds like these issues were much more complicated than 45 min show could explore. Jeannie Braun most likely had help from someone else in disposing is Jeramy's car, someone torched the car in the desert trying to conceal it. Jeremy most likely and very sadly is probably buried in another town.

  • Comment removed

  • If her "cared about Jeannie" so much, why did he go out of his way to put her in jail? I mean, the guy made secret tape recordings of her! Why?

  • sheryl i had no idea that this had happened tell kristina put this on face book. I know in my heart that they will find him. I know he didnt leave on his own you raised him better then that

  • Sheryl I am so sorry you have to read comments like the ones below that are so ignorant. They did not know Jeramy and to make these kind of statements makes me sick!!!!

  • Why did they not trace the ping of his cell phone? Isn't that typical in an investigation?

my heart breaks for his little girl because she was robbed of a great father. Plenty of girls grow up with worthless fathers or none at all and she had an awesome dad :'(

  • @joannajean You are right, she has been robbed of an AWESOME DAD!! Thank You.

  • Why would they tell Kim to file a missing report. The family should have done that they come before Kim ( the ex wife ) AND this man was a player no wonder this happened. Jeremy had the nerve to get mad at Jenny because she came over. HE WAS A PLAYER and Kim is freaking STUPID for going back to him over an over again. I think him an Jenny are seeing each other in some secluded area. And I think she filed that polygraph or it may have came up inconclusive.

  • @MrSexxxy20 My name is Sheryl~Mother of Jeramy Burt and I thought it necessary to inform you that Jeramy & Kim were LIVING TOGETHER at the time that he went missing, not with his parents, so isn't it logical that she would file the report!! Also, there was a NO CONTACT ORDER ISSUED on this Lawyer, who was disbarred from practicing law, to LEAVE MY SON ALONE, which she Ignored!!!!!!! My son was not perfect....NONE OF US ARE....BUT HE DID NOT DESERVE TO BE MURDERED BECAUSE HE HAD AN AFFAIR!!!!!

  • @gmasheryl - I just saw this program and I share your theory. And also he surely did not deserve to die, of course not. Don't listen to negative people, this is hard enough as it is. I hope you will get your answers some day and als that Jeramy will be found. I am a mother from a son too and I would be devastated if I did not know where he would be. I feel for you and with you.

  • @Shahla33 Thank You for your kind words, thoughts and prayers!!

    With Hope,

    Sheryl~Jeramy's Mom

  • @gmasheryl - You deserve all the kind words you can get!! Unfortenately it is the only thing me or someone else can give you in this matter.. When I read your comment I could not stay quiet. I had to say something! It felt inappropriate not to do so. I will suggest something now. I know you don't know me, I don't know you but maybe it will help you sometime, someday to talk about this, Get some feelings or your chest to someone you don't know. If that moment comes, write to my account. Ok?

  • @Shahla33 Thank You for the Offer!!!

    With Hope,

    Sheryl~Jeramy's Mom

  • @gmasheryl - That offer has no limit ending. When you want ór need someday, even after a year or beyond that, please feel free, don't hesitate to write to me. I will listen ánd respond. I promise! And I am a person that is always good for her promise, otherwise I would not promise anything. No mother should have to experience this. It is cruel. Unfortenately life can be that in so many ways. Then you need people. Not only family and friends. Also someone you don't know. Take care..!

  • @gmasheryl I thought cell phones had built in GPS , maybe i watch to much T.V., but i was hoping they could track him by his cell phone?

But on a more serious note i will pray that God will deliever him back to you safe.

  • @rockthejungle Most cell phones do have GPS, but what most people don't know is that they have to activate this feature on there own phones when they purchase them!!

    Thank You for Your Prayers!!

    With Hope,

    Sheryl~Jeramy's Mother

  • @gmasheryl I wish, with the utmost of my being, that you and your family might find some amount of solace. I can only offer a piece of my own experience; I lost my father as a teenager, though not to violence--and I know in my very core how much he loved me. And, times that I started to forget just how much I was loved, my mother and other family members were there for me. I know you are there for your granddaughter--and I believe she will receive all the benefits of her father's love.

  • @flameisbrighter

    Thank You

    With Hope.

    Sheryl~Jeramy's Mom

  • @MrSexxxy20 "He who cast the first stone is without sin".........DO NOT JUDGE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE JUDGED!!!! HAVE A HEART MR SEXXXY 20!!!! By the way she filed the report because Jeramy was the father of her daughter Mackenzie!!! Seriously!!!! Unless you have been in our shoes having a loved one missing/murdered, you have NO idea what we have gone through!! Thus the previous comment on judging..... Have some RESPECT Please??!! Do you have any information that could help us bring him home????

  • thanks for uploading..I really appreciate it :)

  • There's no way that man left that gorgeous little girl of his own will. You can just see the joy on his face in every image with her. I can't imagine what it felt like for the family to find out about the burned out car, my heart sank just seeing it in this segment. Nevertheless, you have to keep on hoping he will be found and if he is no longer on this earth, I hope they find justice for him and his family.

  • @6151RichmondStreet

Thank You for your thoughtful comments.

    Sheryl~Jeramy's Mom

  • @6151RichmondStreet That's true BUT it could have all been a show. With the way he loved women those types of men think with one head only an it NOT the one between their shoulders.

  • @MrSexxxy20 I WAS JUST WONDERING ABOUT "THOSE TYPE OF MEN" IF YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF ONE OF "THOSE TYPE OF MEN" MrSexxy20!!!! I Hope You never have to go through this NIGHTMARE of Having a Loved One Be Missing for Almost 4 Years and Not Know Where They Are to Bring Them Home!!!!!!

  • @gmasheryl Yea....about that screen name it was a spur of the moment thing back in 07'. I consider myself a " player's worst nightmare" I'm not that type of guy BUT I will expose them for what they really are. I believe that he ran off on purpose an he is seeing that girl on the side. There's only a little part of me that thinks differently. Once a cheater always a cheater bottom line.

  • @6151RichmondStreet What?! You can't imagine what? Oh come on, come back to reality. Men leave their children every day, they leave their wives and children for other women, for drugs, for money..whatever. GOOD MEN GO BAD. A few good pictures, where everyone is happy do not equal a dad who would never leave. Looking at those pictures you would never know all the stuff this man was involved in and all the turmoil in his relationships. A smile in a picture tells nothing about a persons real life.

  • @6151RichmondStreet I'm sorry I mis-read where you used imagine.

  • Thank You!!

    With Hope Always,

    Mother of Missing Jeramy Burt

  • thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
