  • Don't be a hater, train hard and find your own way. Don't live in fantasy land, keep it real, get out of your head and test your skills constantly on the mat. Be for for not against. If more people we're training they won't have time for all the nonsense.

  • I guess this is what happens to traditional training when you try to make a lliving at it instead of maintaining the culture...a real shame. "the Pit"? Really?

  • We have traditional Kung Fu training, Hooton Sports Preformance Training for Power Speed Athletes which includes medicine ball, plyometrics, sprinting, Olympic Lifting, etc. We have CrossPit which is CrossFit and Martial Arts combined, many of these workout are for time. I personally have had great results and the students are getting much stronger. Working them hard Old School. Take care, Jeff.
