  • 今スウェーデン人にフェイスブックで教えられたところです。ギタリスト格好良い! 日本人?! 当時はモトリー・クルーとポイズンばかり追いかけていました。こんなに素晴らしいバンドがいたとは。

  • This was real music !!!

  • 大橋さんやっぱり最高や‼

    今の日本にこんなにパンチが効いたサウンド出せるバンドは無いね。

    もうちょっとみたかったなぁ〜。

  • Out of print for almost 20 years, Demon Doll Records has teamed up with front man extraordinaire Joel Ellis to bring all you Hair Metal maniacs the long overdue reissue of the album that landed Cats In Boots the major label recording contract.

  • Kick Ass Rock and Roll. They dont play these kinda songs anymore

  • Hey, you guys might be interested - I've recently written a review of this album for Sleaze Nation, search for 'sleaze nation cats in boots', and let me know what you think!

  • Bought this album when it came out in the day.....Absolutely, Positively, good shit!!! "Her Monkey" is good shit as well....Damn good memories!!! I wore this CD out!!!

  • Jail!11 <333

  • @TeasnPleasn4 HAHA, "hair meal"... sounds tasty! XD

    You're totally right though.

  • Remember this one from my glory days lol!

  • JAIL23~24歳の頃かな。。。天才やー!!

  • Good track from a good album, Cats in Boots rock. One of the best "Hair metal" bands ever IMO.

  • Going to see the guitarist Takashi O'hashi at the CLassic Rock Festival in Japan in two days!! F'n Stoked!! You can follow his recent activities by visiting his official U.S. page ohashijam com I think Jailtimeohashi listed it already below

  • Somebody get her a Midol! LOL

  • One of my favorite obscure 80's hair bands

  • these cats sort of remind me of Ugly Kid Joe, in the rhythm guitar and some of the vocals...

  • @jussihamby Yup, they do 'cept Crane's vocals are a cross between Lemmy and a little of Ozzy and Halford but UKJ got a little bigger after CIB disappeared. If CIB get back together, it be cool (and i'm taking a wild thought here) if they went on tour with UKJ. No ear plugs needed for a show like that.

  • japan!

  • I love this band! The guitarist is still active and currently on tour with the Japanese band SEIKIMA II 25th year reunion. I found an official web site and facebook as well under Takashi Jam Ohashi & Cats in Boots. The web site is w w w ohashijam com I know there was a reunion in 2003 but other than that not sure. The website above does show another Cats in boots CD, but can't find it for sale anywhere =(

    Cats in Boots fucking rule.

  • Killer tune. Nothing made these days can touch the tunes from this era. Long live hair metal.

  • party song in the 80's when you play this song crank up the BASS!!! great song in general!!!

  • According to Dee Snider (Twisted Sister), this song is based on a real incident where a New Jersey woman was acquitted of shooting her boyfriend by reason of pre-menstrual syndrome!

  • Anybody who can't dig this song needs to give their brain and/or balls to someone who'll put them to good use.

  • At top ten song for me man

  • OH SUCH A WRECK!! <3

the lead singer is so... unique. I love his voice. and the riff... its just a great song. (:

  • Jail is a great guitar player, though, i wish he'd stayed in Seikima

  • Weren't these guys associated with Faster Pussycat somehow? Like a spin-off band or something.

  • they got 3 cd-s

demonstration japan only 6 track lp

    and 7 track cd 1988

    kicked and klawed 1989

  • this song is bad ass...

this whole cd is great --

    great tunes, vocals, riffs galore...

the sleazier side of LA hardrock was

much cooler... SeaHags, LA Guns, Faster

    Pussycat, Junkyard...

  • Cool!!

  • Top album. Love Whip it Out. Great days.

  • Love this song! I remember hearing this band was a "spin-off" of Faster Pussycat somehow.

  • best band on earth period

  • catchiest song I've ever heard.

    hair meal will live on!

  • yea fuck grunge, depressed the whole world bring back party tunes sleaze ruled loved this band salty dog etc used too rock out tae these tunes wae me pals and a case o beer in orkney north o scotland

  • yea man i completely agree with u. These guys were so much more talented than those grunge losers. these ppl cud actually play their instruments!!

  • so your saying you don't like nirvana?

  • I can't believe we only got one album from these guys. Singer Joel Ellis, who, by the way, has one of the best razor ripping vocals on the planet, sang for Heavy Bones in 92, which also had Gary Hoey and Frankie Banali as members... It wasn't Cats' but at least it's something. The Guitar Rips from start to finish on "Kicked and Klawed". Cats' were amazing and were a huge +PLUS+ for the genre.

  • song is the best =D

  • cool i've never heard cats in boots before but they're awesom!

  • this ist the best japanese american

    frienship of all time

they kick real butt sleazy dirty and hotter

  • Great guitar sound !!! Remember buying ' kicked and clawed" back in the day.... Makes Motley Crue sound like fuckin' Duran Duran!!! (And I fuckin LOVE the Crue) These guys should have been massive..... Shit - Nirvana and the whole grunge scene has got a lot to answer for,,,

  • is that joel ellis from heavy bones?

  • i used to live with him ... i know he's address

  • heah and I bet your name's sally right???

  • HEAVEN ON A HEARTBEATのソノシートバージョンの音源誰かうpしまいかしら

    there...now don't it mate?!!

The line doin the Nazi-stand in, for the ARTISTS' true lyric was: ..bet it all started

with....."HER CURSE OF EVE." not nearly the literary illiteration-effect of the original, aye Jeves? Ran in Texas(BO-RED)
