asuka is one hell of a player guys i dont knw why u hate her is it bcuz u think she is overpowered like too easy to use. if you think like that then your wrong, she doesnt have difficult buttons but unlike hworange, steve, bake, lee paul, lilli and many others she doesnt just use kicks or punches she is actually all rounder , although i say her kicks are better. i strted playing tekken 6 yestrdy and she is my main char and i plyed 7 watches with her and won all of them.

good job with Asuka, except when you have him on the ground like that (especially if its a few inches/feet closest to you), press 1+4, then 2 3, thats her basic 5-hit combo, its very useful and it will cause a bit more damage :).

its more the game...too much juggling, i played DOA for the original xbox a few days ago, holds up great especially in comparison to tekken, if someone who knows to juggle gets in one hit, they can take like 70% of ur life or even more if theres walls or floors caving in, there should be more things to avoid juggling or the game needs to tune down juggling

They need to take a page out of the Virtua Fighter book and put a immediate stand up command. VF you push PKG as soon as you hit the ground and you get up or roll if you add direction. I used to be a big Tekken fan until I played VF4. I have to say VF is a lot better then Tekken is. The side stepping and throw escapes are light years ahead of Tekken. Not to mention they dont have an abusive juggling system.

you can keep them up their for a really long time.

Combine that with the ground attacks and you can rape

someone at a wall. I think that is where the issue

is for me, the down attacks. VF low attacks dont

hit opponents laying on the ground. That probably

adds another dimension to wall combos/juggles.

The wall combos in Tekken are brutal. Too much

so for my taste.

Juggling is a skill. DoA is a horrible game. I played DoA4 and it has all the gameplay depth of Super Mario World. Tekken 3 is better than DoA4.

Juggles are 50% life at most without floor/wall. If there is a wall, you must change your juggle to fit the wall's position to yourself and your opponent if you want to continue it and add more damage. The game rewards skill.

juggling is NOT a skill you memorize a sequence of buttons then you press them, the player BEING juggled cant control himself in the air so its like fighting against a computer because hte opponent is going to behave the same way every time, and as far as your DOA im not even going to honor them with a response if you truly think DoA isnt a good fighting game and that it doesnt have any depth you dont know anything about fighting games which makes this conversation pointless in the first place

I stand by my comments. Juggling is a skill. As I said, yes juggles have a basic skeleton that you memorise, but you will have to alter your juggle based on wall position and floor break on some stages (If you watch Knee play Bryan on Tekken 5 DR, you'll know what I'm talking about - brutalises an opponent from 3/4 HP to none with a monster combo on the wall).

DoA is a piece of fucking shit that I wouldn't pay $5 for. I'm not even gonna discuss it.

and to make it better, your juggling/air combo will be different if depending on what and where the launcher is. for example if the launcher is after you sidestep, the combo must be slightly different to get maximum damage.

doa is one terrible fighting game dont compare shit like that to tekken because your dumb ass keeps getting juggle.Last time i check juggling works both ways.If you dont like being juggle then dont get hit by the pop up.

If you know about Tekken in depth that these juggles require launchers which usually have enough frames to get punished when blocked. Meaning the only way to juggle is to use the launchers but you must set it up for a launcher or you'll be punished. Delay catching is also a part of the game, and a way to start a juggle. Delay catching gives you a chance to use a launcher, but usually to delay catch someone with a launcher the opponent had to have attacked with a strong attack.

DOA is a just a game based on counters. It's why it was considered a bad game; there is also more into it than that, but that shall suffice.

But Juggling requires more skill than you seem to realize. Same as doing regular combo moves (no, not 10 strings, that's lag of skill).
