Without doubt, we have the worst, worst radio stations on the planet... absolutely nothing to consistently listen to at all. Gainesville is an untapped market filled with fluff and crap music with no options whatsoever. Someone could move in and make a killing here since the Uof F Rock 104 went country... not real country, modern crap country. Anything... please... (Ask anyone who lives here, sad but true).
@JoeGator23 I agree 100%...most of the "good" music around Gainesville are mainly 'underground'...In regards to WRUF/Rock 104, yes, I concur...[like we _need_ another country station in Florida, especially a "Gator Country" station (there is a HANDFUL of country stations in Florida with that moniker, with WRUF-FM being the latest to have that moniker)]...
@TheChrisBarrows WBAP-AM-FM must have used that same 'sound package'... (I know that WSKY-FM is owned by Entercom and WBAP-AM-FM are owned by Citadel...)

On 97.3, we have that same jingle on our AM station here in Dallas, WBAP 820AM/96.7 FM.
