I got Double Deluxe and it had this game. It comes with pretty stuff for parties, cool hairstyles and clothes, but I don't use it alot because my sims almost don't have friends, so they never make parties :l

yea u need the first sims 2 pc game 4 the celebration game. might as well get the Sims 2 Double Deluxe. theres 3 games in one package for about 20 dollars!

to get the limo you have to make your sims have a wedding party and have alot of fun things to do and because of that it will make your party good and i think anything above good time brings the limo... but they come back <)
