Big ups to the poster and all involved over there, our freinds and neighbors to the west of Houston.
Here in Houston, we had estimated 12K + in attendance. I saw old, young, black , white, tattoed, pierced and mohawk alike.
This symbolizes the true spirit of the tea party. We come from different paths and backgrounds but one thing is indelible.
WE LOVE OUR COUNTRY AND WE LOVE LIBERTY!

Thank you J! I sent it to Ted the moment is was produced and approved! I sent copy to him and his sites. As of today, HE FEATURED IT, on theglennbeck912project site and im so honored. The views are going to go up , and ihope lots of people see it! There will always be opposition so i will prepare for those comments as well!

Hi! Yes he would go off on little riffs, and just play the opening to one of h is famous songs, never over 10 secs of it, he stopped right as i cut off the vid. Me and my friends yelled his song titles to him to spurr him on!

Awesome! I attended a tea party too :) Too bad my computer is fried (have to buy a new one) or I'd be uploading! So, I will thoroughly enjoy your tea party - we were everywhere - yet the coverage was blantently scant - but were were there and peacefully exercising our freedom of speech :)

I suggest everyone start researching the law. What you think of as government is corporation that you voluntarily contract away your rights. Other times they try to use force. Sovereignty is the way you act. Start acting like sovereigns and learn the law so that you can handle your own business.

It isn't an aversion to taxes as a whole. It's an aversion to tax money being used for a cause that does not reflect the will of or benefit the taxpayer.

Hi wheelbarrow! I think we all agree to that aversion and making it change into a law, means that it has to be approved by those who are behind the evil tax machine to begin with. I would think that we could avoid revolution and invoke solutions! The out of control taxation will get worse if we dont voice our discord. Not paying your taxes here, is punishable by law! One flag that was pointed out by Beck was the Goliad flag which symbolizes a phrase ""I'd rather cut off my right arm than live in tyranny."

I am an Obama fan still, but that is irrelevant as I don't live in th US, nor am I a US citizen, thus I can't vote.. However, after having heard the news today about him giving amnesty to potential CIA torture suspects, I am beginning to think he may not be the salvation of the world after all.. Politicians are after all only really in it for themselves, regardless of political persuasion.. it seems like Mr Obama may be 'one of the bunch' after all..

I have friends who dont really get him either. I like that in some simple way he relays things in way that lets say you , I or anyone off the street could understand without having a full economic vocabulary. I tell you one thing, he was strained from the heat for sure. I agree it was good to be among the people, all saying STOP the craziness!

Approved resp too! The crowd did use the event to voice alot of diff opinions. Since i was stuck in the front , i couldnt leave to film the various "bullhorn" and "petition people". They were out there, just like the guy who had to walk home to pu on his Native American outfit!

Yes the large gathering did reflect a range of broad views. I think overall people wanted to show disapproval of current govt trends. Voting , obviously, sometimes gives you post results that are not expected. When you compound all that i think its not so much fighting an emperor, but a developed corrupt Empire.
