I HIGHLY doubt (unless if NY is different than other states) that Arraignment is the day after arrest.

This cop doesn't know what he's talking about. He probably has "First Appearance" the next day where he states he understands the charges (and nothing more).

Arraignment is usually at least 2 months out from arrest date to give individual time to consult with counsel and decide what his plea will be and whether he will go to Trial or not.

Hotels are usually never public property, however, by law, they have to warn you if you are trespassing first. They cannot touch you or pull a gun out or anything like that before this warning.

Police then must have probable cause to arrest and they should also be aware that warnings were given.

There needs to be a lawsuit filed for Abuse of Legal Process and yes who cares if this is tax payers money? It is coming out NYPD budget and we can use that to bring awareness to truths for the people!
