I'm from Maryland (well, it's a lot more complicated than that but I grew up mostly here) and Time Rift (along with some of Blum's other antics but mostly this) makes me embarrassed to admit it...
Like Maindrian, I can't decide about the quality of his impersonation.
Isn't there a video of McCoy being asked about this at a convention?
it looks like jon blum does a good 7th doc impression, shame he didnt go for something more original though. the UNIT general woman looks like the sort of character who would do great in the new series...imagine skinny boy david tennant sharing the screen with those breasts!
This is the first real instance of "Time Rift" on Youtube. Nice review...enlongated scenes with no editing experiance? Yep, that's the most apt description of the DW novels there's ever been.
Hi -- nope, I never submitted Time Rift as a novel, though Kate thought I should!
BTW, the DVD re-edit (significantly cut and with the opening TARDIS scene re-tinted and partially re-shot to improve my acting!) is going to be ready by my next US trip in late February...

I think the most pressing problem facing the Doctor is his lack of a hat that fits.

Dire. That buffoon playing the Doctor has to be joking, surely? As for 'Ace' that woman makes Sophie Aldred look like an Oscar winner...!

I think I came close to pissing myself laughing when Blum strolled out and started ranting.
"IT'S SUCH A CO-EEEN-SAH-DUNCE!"
Either the best or worst Mccoy impersonation ever. I can't really tell.

Thanks for putting this up. Wish I could check out the actual video, but this offers a glimpse at it. Cool!

Jonathan Blum as the 7th Doctor. I think this is when Kate Orman first took notice of him.

I think John even tried to summit the story to the BBC past Doctor books.

He did. He even lobbied it to "count" in the show's canon...sacre ble
