my question is how do u read a pcb board on game controller

@comicfreak11 by read I assume you mean you're trying to figure out which trace does what?
you just have to look at what is connected. each trace is basically a wire that is connecting two points on the board.
my main warning is that the board may be multi layered, i.e. there are layers of copper with traces that you cant see.
