It's the eye of the tiger it's the cream of the fight. Risin' up to the challenge of our rival. And the last known survivor stalks his prey in the night .And he's watchin' us all in the eye of the tiger!!!!!
Great video. Heart rate training can help you drop weight real quick. In the beginning I definitely was singing Eye of the Tiger though! Now you need to make a montage! Put you riding all over the place and up crazy hills to some Rocky music!
I was thinking more AC/DC "For Those About To Rock" but yeah, I might just do a montage video once the weather improves. I need to find a small, lightweight cam that I can take on the road with me. It would be fun to put something together. There are definitely some steep hills around here.
Yeah, I spend a lot of time in sweats while sitting around the house. My workout/cycling clothes get a lot of use though as I spend 4-6 hours on the average week working out in the Winter, close to 10 hours a week in the Summer. It's almost like a part time job!
Definitely post a video when you start the new regimen.
Thanks! I am definitely into working out but I've been doing it regularly for almost 30 years. That's why my workouts, especially the hard ones, are so intense. Yesterday I did a nice easy ride outside where my heart rate averaged 115, so I do mix things up to keep me from burning out/getting injured.
The principle of using heart rate to "control" your workout is the same whether you are just starting out or have been working out for years. It works for any level of fitness.

It's kinda funny seeing you in PT gear and sweaty when you're usually in a sweater and slacks in the living room.
Maybe once I start my diet and exercise regimen I'll do a vlog about it.
