that, is quite easy to get around, i have done it on my bike, you can buy different size chain rings and sprockets, my mate lives in the hills, his gear's are smaller front, larger back, easy to climb hills, im in a relatively flat area, so mine are reverse, for more high speed, but my pedals are harder to turn because of it
