what the hell can you say its evil and its good? life isnt black and white. Its very very grey. You cant define a persons life by balancing the good and evil he did. its very nice belieaving in heaven when you cant face the fact were just gonna rot in the ground.
hey i dont mind! FEED THE WORMS the poor guys gotta eat too.
Gods above! I thought I was finished with this. If it takes chaos, war, famine, death to bring people together, then there is something twisted in His logic.
Take a large scale disaster for instance: It kills thousands, and when people do come together, they become tribal gangs, wherein only the strongest, most cunning survive, and the weak are killed in pillaging, etc.
Barabrism is the natural state of humanity, and in the instrance of disaster, this is the only truth.
after this life for every choise made, either Good or Bad. Contemplate the seconds before you death, you don't wanna die an anti-Christ. Do you now know that Jesus will judge us all?
It may surprise you I was once a devout Catholic. But after I was given one too many 'tests of faith', my belief in a loving God who cares for all his creations was destroyed and I saw the world for what it really is. Just look outside--we ARE in Hell. There is wrath, gluttony, lust, heresy, treachery, greed, fraud and violence all around us. The people commiting these 'sins' band together. Just like the circles.
And one can reign in Hell with the proper strategy.
I understand tests of faith, but I don't find it ethical. Wouldn't it simply be easier to show yourself to your followers? To let them know, with their very eyes and minds, in the flesh, that you exist, instead of cryptical messages and tests of faith? Surely God must know that one too many years of hardship, one too many disasters, will break a person?
The writer Charles Williams once said the universe was capable of worse tricks than we can suppose. I am still confounded as to why certain things continue to exist.
Take a black hole. It is the most destructive force in the universe; a jet darkness from nothing escapes.
And what of Haiti? What of the terrible state many parts of Africa are in? Many Africans are Christian. Why does God still allow famine, civil war and black magic to be practiced amongst his loyal followers?
Well, life seems futile, as at the end, most of us will be damned for eternity by God for worshipping something we cannot possibly comprehend; i.e, the beast from the ocean and the Dragon. Who are we to know what will happen at the end? Remember, Revelations was a dream from John. Dreams are always distorted.
Another question: if there is only one Truth, then why does so many millions of others not see it? Why hasn't God revealed himself as the only one to be worshipped? Why remain aloof when there are so many possible converts and so many who disavow your name? Why doesn't God come down, int he flesh, for all to see, and show his true power and divinty all over the world and abolish all the other religions?
Why should a man have to seek God? Why can't God come and say 'Her I am. I am God. I created you all and here's how I did it'. Let everybody know he's real. Stop wasting century upon century using cryptic messages to relay your testament. They can both live in harmony and love with each other. Sin can be abandoned. But for some reason, God sits and watches.
I had called upon God for guidance and safety so many times. I did everything the Commandments told me to for so long.
First of all, God is already telling you that he is there and that he and his son are God, in the Bible<-- a peronal letter from God to each of us who wants him.
Heb 11:6
I tell you the truth, if you fulfill the meaning of our lives and find God, you will not get nothing but you will ressurect from death in Eternal Life, supersupernaturally.
But God is not directly, literrally telling us He is there. The only way I'm going to believe is if I see Him performing miracles, or descending to Earth upon a whitle cloud of flame. I want tangible, physical (as physical as a meta-physical entity can be) proof from the very source. God is not indescribable or unseeable. He made us in his own image, after all.
I dream different dreams. My respite from the world.
I do know the basics of faith, but it has overgrown its boundaries to become ridiculous. More and more people leave the church everyday because their faith is destroyed by an entity who denies them proof of love, who just lets their families die, their lives worsen and continues to let destruction reign down upon His creation when he could easly stop it and show us his love, instead of letting killers, rapists and dictators roam free.
Perhaps not, but you don't see God doing anything to help or save any his beloved creations. He lets them suffer.
You could argue that there must be a balance of good and evil for everything to work properly, but that really doesn't make sense, because the Bible preaches tht God loves each and every one of us. Disasters, serial killings and innumerable crimes happen every day. God never helps. He never helped me and He never helped anyone I know.
I asked God so many times for guidance, and I was left in the dark. I prayed and prayed and prayed, and the people I loved siffered and died. I asked, pleaded, begged even, and I recived naught.
I'm sure he does, but blind faith will only get people so far.
And 'working in mysterious ways' seems to be just a way of explaining something away you can't believe a loving God would do.
Evidently, this going nowhere, with neither of us stepping down. It is annoying people, as evidence by way of SweetPicklesRob and I'm sure WannaBeComposer never meant for this to happen, so if you would like to continue this discussion by mail, I would only be too happy.

Deep down in the heart of the Earth is the mantle and then core of the planet. Were this fire to be quenched, it would have catastrophic consequences.
So then, why does Satan, the ultimate darkness, rule over it and the damned? According to innumerable accounts of possession and even sightings, he isn't trapped there, either. He can freely move about Hell and Earth, and according to certain texts, Heaven; as a shadow. Satan was the most beautiful Angel, Lucifer Morning Star, after all.
But were did the beauty of Lucifer (before the rebellion) come frome if not from the Creator? Even so its intelligence and also freewill. Give glory to the one who gave it and specielly created it.
Why did God allow Lucifer to rebel and cause war in Heaven? Free will, the breeder of discontent and revolutionaries. It is why mankind is in essence, evil, born with Original Sin from Adam and Eve. And of course, what of Lilith, Adam's first wife? She abandoned him for Satan when he refused to let be on top during sex.
Equality, sadly, is not a staple of Christianity.
It seems to me that God is indifferent, that we are far too removed in our sin from him.
Maybe so, but then it is then humanity that is distant and angry. The message that Jesus did spread back then has been warped and manipulated. Not necessarily by people, but by time; such as word of mouth gone wrong. To me, it's all futile.
Evil has always outbalanced good. All the major accounts of history are wars, genocides, serial killers, mad cults and terrible dictators. It is in human nature to be drawn to evil. Mankind is, in essence, amoral. Not evil or good. But indifferent.

Why are you so offendedby me speaking good thing about my living God that loves all things?
I don't hold it against you because it is written:
Sinners are offended by the truth.
Jesus tought us: Love thy neighbour as thyself.
If you reject such a man you indeed evil.
talo757 2 years ago
I do love the way you try to force your cult upon all of us so-called 'non-believers'. I am not offended. I am sickened.
Do try and keep your religious beliefs to yourself. I am, what you people would call, a heretic. I have my own beliefs.

No mrNightmare, Jesus and Islam are two different Gods. Here is a reminder:
The man we know as Jesus wasw crucified for CLAIMING TO GOD, the Creatorof the Universe!!!
I tell you the Truth;
He was not Lying and plus his grave was empty 3 days after his death. Quincidense?
talo757 2 years ago
Coincedence...or fiction?
I'm sure Jesus was a very nice man in life; I have nothing against him. But his cult is another story. A 2000 year old L. Ron Hubbard.
He had charisma - a staple of all cult leaders. Jim Jones, Charles Manson, Anton LaVey - they were all charismatic people with powerful personalities.
Anyway, Catholicism and Protestantism are more falsified versions of Christianity - Orthodox churches are far closer to the actual concept.
binarynightmare 2 years ago
You're partly right, orthodox Christ. is righteus.
I tell you the Truth again here;
After we die, there is either a wonderful place or a terrible place.
The choice is to be made here in this life of Knowledge of Good and Evil, my lost soul of a friend.
