It´s just a circus of different digital sound effects, and it does not include anything from the main melody at all. @crazybroly Basically yes, his name Solid Snake in Metal Gear 1 and 2 but it was still a 2D game.

The "Solid" in the title is there to symbolize the jump from 2D to 3D, of course he could have called it Metal Gear 3D but since the protagonists name was Solid Snake he decided to take this more fitting name.
