Shaun White is an amazing snowboarder but now that he is one of the most popular snowboarders people have to try to be not mainstream and hate on him even though he is really really really good at snowboarding. He used to win slopestyle comps all the time before he started focusing on halfpipe only. So just shutup and enjoy the video.

Question: does anybody remember T.Rice in the x-games superpipe about four years ago? He was wearing oakley pants and dropping in to Billy Idol's white wedding. And his first hit would clear about than 100 ft of the pipe, and he drops in with a huge method, unlike everyone else just rolling over the top. He never finished a run, but got to the very last hit once, I think. Finishing the pipe in like 4 or 5 hits. The biggest pipe run ever, surely. Tried buying the vid from EXPN, but no go plzHelp!

@marty1091 I have T Rice's Lib board now..the 158. It's a little nuts. I would consider myself to be an expert rider but his board is borderline insane. You can't really do any lazy riding on it. Its stiff enough to where you just end up pointing at everything full speed and charging through all the crud with a prayer. On big kickers, it pops like Orville Redenbacher. If you're like most riders, I would suggest that you stick with the Rider's Choice. That's more a mass market focused board.
