That's awesome, How long did it take you to build this, and do you only play with one sim?

@maryuk07 I'm glad you like it! :) I usually play with one sim but for this house my sim got married and had a family. This house took a while to build because I was never really happy with it. Unfortunately, I don't have this house or sim anymore. I usually build in the Sims 3 but haven't uploaded any more houses because of other commitments. Besides, there are way better builders than me in the community. ;)

@williebw maybe it would be better if blueprinted what the house would look like using a ruler, white construction paper, and a sharp pencil to draw all of the details. I know its a lot but it works :)

This is absolutely amazing. Where did you get the floor tiles from at 0:42 and which expansion packs and stuff packs were used to build the house.And the last question is which lot was this built on. Thanks and well done

@2bgeo Those tiles are in the game (I just darkened them a bit). I used items from just about every expansion. The lot is from the town included in Ambitions (I believe it is a 40 by 40 which is a little small for this house). Thanks for the comments :)

for the ppl who dont know this and they have sims 3 on the pc type in CTRL+SHIFT+C and type in kaching it gives you 1,000 coins more than motherlode :)

I'm not really a fan of motherlode cheat, 50,000 is too much, even though I've used it a couple of times and blew it in leik a few minutes with building :P I like kaching better, it's only 1,000 so you can use it in emergencies without getting too much, like, 50,000.

Very nice house! One of favorite things to do in the game is build and decorate my own houses or remodel and decorate in game houses. I just remodeled the house that's sitting on the exact same lot as your house in this video. but, if I only want to build a house, I use motherlode twice or one time more if it is a big house.
