I know why this pug is behaving this way. My pug, Noggin did this too. The simple fact is - he wants to play with you. He is frustrated that you're standing there, and NOT playing with him, and he's taking out his frustrations on something he knows he can. You can see him looking at you, seeing if you're going to put down the camera and come and play. So....... try to regularly play with your pug.
