So obvious but true! You really are what you eat. I have been using Juice Plus for four months now and my acne has totally cleared up and I just glow more - everyone keeps asking me what creams I am using and I say the same as before, I am just eating better and I feel better! This stuff is soooo much better and cheaper than beauty creams!
