VAWA, although repeatedly funded (list that vulnerable Mother/child victims get on for govt kidnapping purposes due to funding based on "statistics" of DV services where name, age, address, etc of mother + child are collected), it has been declared unconstitutional by USSC. So what is its purpose?! United States v. Morrison, 529 U.S. 598 (2000) "Sec 13981 cannot be sustained under Commerce Clause or Sec 5 of 14th Amendment" (42 USC 13981 civil remedy for victims of gender-motivated violence)

@ANGELFURY1212 I took my kids and myself from a father who abused us all and now he is trying to have me charged with KINDAPPING! Apparantly, the restraining order is of less value than the custody order because the courts seam to be siding with HIM! I plan on making some vids about it once I better understand how we can protect ourselves.BTW. Restraining orders DO NOT protect you, they serve as a paper trail when the burden of proof is yours. Don't let ANYONE, not even a judge, intimidate you!
