i wish i could see him compete in RAAM. it doesn't seem like theres too many big names in RAAM. and in my opinion....that shit is more hardcore than TDF. but very under-regulated, and not nearly enough sponsership or coverage...itll prob never happen...

In sport, you gonna need to be patient and not work out that much. It takes time with the muscles in the joints to recover, so no, don't just do what goes in mind. Most time it feels shit specially on strength. Just get a nice 6 hours a week when you're consistent. Plus on diet. Diet is a limit factor not just some shit you do.

@dahgutone When I talked about diet, I actually meant eating more. I'm not a nutritionist. I dunno... Drinking protein shake after lifting heavy? Work depends on the sport you play. Bottom line is you can still benefit from force training regardless of what sport or hobby you do. But your marathon go do it. Just don't expect to gain muscles with marathon

@Seanobb you have no clue do you! merkx has won every race that there is to win the tour 5 times the giro 5 the vuelta more than once every spring classic some more than once and held the hour record lance does not even come close to those feats so yeah lance won the tour 7 times but thats it oh yeah and he was world champ for a year thats all great and i respect him for that but merkx's wins far out number and outway lances. lance would'nt get more than 100km in a cold spring classic lol

I think I got the moral of the commercial, when he had the detour on his cycle, can also symbolize when he stopped cycling after he was diagnosed with cancer. But after through the hardwork he was still able to get on his bicycle and get back on track as he did in the commercial.
