Dude! I got one word for you - Dremel. A Dremel tool would have done everything you did in this video in about 1/4 the amount of time and with A LOT LESS effort. And of course, with any device of this nature, remember that they are illegal to possess. You know, maybe I need one of those too. I break a lot of sticks stuck in a vise through out the course of my day. In fact I go through about a cord of sticks every two to three days on average. Shouldn't you call it a chin duster instead?
mate if u slow down and don't rush them there cum out alot better than that. what you gotta do is use a smaller drill bit, when u drill make ur drilling holes as close together as possible then you get a better shaped circle and not then wired ones u have and wen u knock the finger holes out ur have less filing to do. the process with the smaller drill bit will take alot longer because u have to drill more holes but ur get a better knuckle duster and wont end up hurting ur hand
Very nice, A lot stranger of a style than i use though.
What i do to make my quality knuckle dusters and knives are a 55/45 copper aluminum alloy that i make on my own, This i melt down in a forge in my backyard and then pour into a sand mold. very effective when putting spiked knuckles onto a duster.
Making a knife is much harder, as you have to melt the alloy into ingots, then remelt into a knife mold. Then you must heat and hammer until the shape is correct, then you dunk it, sand and use
when i make knives i use old worn out bastard files, they hold an edge and one i recently made will cut paper, shave the hair off my arm, and plus it looks cool! try using an old file, you will definitely like it!
are the aliminum ones effective as the brass ???? and inbox me bro pm me i wannnaa ask ya somthing and no not to buy em just where do u get your plates of aliminum ??? and i heard u smoke pot check out my channel lol u will love it and subscribe i subbed u
what guage aluminum do you use? and you may be able to get some better shaping in the finger holes by using a round file and handle used for sharpening chainsaw blades...
Peronally I think your smarter than just building a cheap way to defend yourself. By the way if you get caught with this is jail time! Anyway i like the way you built this with the tooks you had. It shows your a thinker not a looser, which you would be if you ever used this. Your quite the macgyver. Always think before you do.
i got it at a salvage yard! just ask around at hardware stores and people will know where places like that are. as for a blade remember, GOOGLE IS YOUR FRIEND! :)
actually i had some blisters and bruises on my palms from the work i had been doing for the past few days and also about the diamond bladed saw i do not have one and i think that this method generally looks better and turns out nicer.
pretty awesome tutorial i watched weaponcollectors tutorial along time ago and made wood knuckle dusters but i think i will try aluminum now and ur tutorial is really clear and easy to understand nice
i am glad it is easy to understand! btw, look for aluminum in scrap yards, also when you are drilling, make sure you drill the holes as close as you can to each other, cause chiseling out the holes can be a major pain in the ass in you have them too far apart1 lol
thanks mike! :) is it cool with you if i make that key chain knuckleduster i saw in one of your videos and i also saw it on your website, it was a one fingered one and attaches to your keys? that one!

should have left the drill cut outs on the top of the duster to cause more damage. Does the job:)

Wouldn't it be easier to use a diamond-blade saw for cutting out the outline?
