Roast garlic.

Toast bread.

Smear small amount of sundried tomato paste on toast, rub roasted garlic on top.

Everytime I roast garlic it intensifies the flavor of the the garlic. It goes great in dishes but I don't think I could eat it on a piece of bread like that. I bet you have a very healthy heart eating garlic like that.
