I'm convinced that she is witch, and is controlling the other musicians with magic. How else do you explain that hair :)
In all seriousness though, you can tell she leads the show. The tempo is set by her playing and only reinforced by the drums! And this was a particularly FAST take too. She must like to challenge her band.

The camera angles spinning down from the ceiling made me puke my guts out. I was so mesmerized by her playing that I couldn't look away, and then before I knew it.... vomit city.
