Not a UFO, It is just another Plane, when you are in the air it doesn't seem like you are going that fast but you are traveling 600 to 700 mph that is like 10 miles every minute which is almost 1 mile every 5 seconds, so if you happen to see another plane in the air going just as fast as you are in a different direction that is all you see, Just a blip.
