My 89 has 350,000 miles on it. And I just got a new brake booster, and a new power steering pump is on its way and should be here tomorrow! I love my truck! Got a weber carb, bored it .040 over and run mid grade gas. It puts out a little over 100 Horsepower. Got a Cummins 4bt swap in the works. Dodge Ram 50 for the win!!!

i have a 90 4x4 dodge ram 50. its fuel injected and 5 speed. i love the stock gearing but hate how its so hard to find parts for it. best truck i owned so far. i even pulled out a chevy sierra out from the beach with no effort. love this truck!
haha my dad has had two of these a 91 and and 88 i have to say this is one of the worst trucks we have owned. the heater core, radiator, distributior and the head gasket have gone bad on both with olny 89,000 miles on the clock, not to mention the seat belt broke, but on a plus side the 91 was fuel injected witch made it a blast to drive

I had fun doing this video. It's an 87 with 177k miles. I took some emblems off a car at the junkyard that say "Handling by Lotus" and glued them on the side under the Ram 50 emblems. Sure was fun spinning around like that. But it isn't running that good anymore.
i have an 89 ram 50, and i love that girl to death. already put over 300,000 miles on it before i had to rebuild the engine. its 2wd but i put 15 and 16 inch rims on it and tossed on some 29 inch mickey thompson baja belted hp's and she sticks like a mouse on a glue trap. i unfortunatley got one of the rare ones with the 2.0. it lacks a little the power department but has great gearing. i pulled a 3/4 ton dodge ram 2500 diesel out of a mud hole with it. that girl was heavy! true story!
