This is my favorite cover of Real Love- - because of the key and plucking (no strumming and the fingering is more complex than most out there). Also, your singing is understated- bittersweet. Awesome.
Your making it too hard on yourself. Play it in the key of C, using no tricky bar chords. That way it frees you up to concentrate on your singing so you can make it flow a little better.
