i think you should stop with the piercings, so you dont overdo it.

some ear piercings would not hurt though, looks better than the stretching. especialy on girls.

i dont see a point in having piercings that are not visible. so starting to fill up the yet non-pierced parts of your body doesnt make sense to me. as for the boobs specifically, i can say, that i noticed people often get rid of them later on. so better inform yourself.

i would switch to female ear piercing style and then stop.
