I am thankful for your videos. I have a few questions to clear up. I am 24 years old, and my right side wisdom teeth are growing out, the upper one is growing out towards my cheek, is that normal? Another thing is pain, is it usual to have pain in my gum as the wisdom teeth are growing? And last, do you recommend getting them pulled out?
It's normal to have on & off pain during the eruption but not normal to grow toward the cheek. The partially erupted tooth has more chance of bacteria plaque & food to enter around the gums. This often causes an infection (67% who kept theirs) because its hard-to-reach location & awkward positioning makes brushing & flossing difficult. I advise you consult a dentist or oral surgeon. Do bite a Lipton tea bag on extracted site for fast healing. Enjoy your Healthy Smiles!
i have lost 3 teeth already and im only 31...dentist tell me to floss all the time...i have tried but found it so hard to get to the back teeth... this technique is awesome, im going to try it... should we floss before we brush?
Floss picks are great for front teeth; however, it's hard to use in chewing areas where most food catches. Where do you have most fillings, crowns, bridges, and missing teeth in your mouth? All in chewing areas! The use of Floss Pick is better than nothing. Just don't use "Tooth picks". It causes a space in between teeth. My advice: Floss then Rinse vigorously with Listerine.
Thanks for the video. I floss everyday at least once. I have a different issue that is causing issues. I went to your website and posted a question, & also e-mailed you a question.
Also, thanks for the double middle finger... I appreciate it..

Yes. Floss first to clean out food that is stuck in between your teeth! Then rinse vigorously with Listerine© (kills bacteria too!) to wash out loosened debris. Then use a soft toothbrushs flexible bristles to get in between the teeth in order to clean better.
Enjoy your Healthy Smiles ;-)

Is it okay to use those floss picks instead?

When you start describing the bottom method, I can't clearly see what you're doing. Can you make another video on that part please?

Before I saw this, I really didn't realize just how important flossing really is...or how easy it is to do it right, for that matter. Great video!
