Fold up each side about 1 inch (2.5 cm) from the edge and fold over 2-3 times to create rigid edges. Pinch the corners of the edges together so that the sides stay upright and keep the honey garlic liquid inside.
You should never rinse poultry under water! Pouring water over poultry will spread bacteria, increasing the risk of food poisoning.
Trim any anything you don't want on there and then rub seasoning into the flesh, cook on a high heat (to crisp skin) then reduce the heat to finish the cooking.
No# 1 problem. Most people over cook chicken, if you have any doubt slice into the middle and have a look!

What I mean is if there is any bacteria anywhere on the chicken you will be spreading it!
Don't always trust people to cook food correctly!
