  • Fab Video John, lovely views from the Bus!

Doesn't look like Scarborough has changed that much since they filmed "Last of the Summer Wine" there in the 70s, one of my favorite episodes that was! ;-) Lol.

  • Absolutely fantastic John, the best of Scarbrough at its best...superbly filmed from the rear of the bus giving the whole journey depth and perspective....Thanks for that..loved it..Bob

  • @robmasterman Cheers Bob,i was hoping to get to the back of the bus,i know the sun was shining but it was pretty chilly, especially when we rounded the corner to go down to north bay, that is when the wind picked up,thanks as always........John

  • Cheers Paul, yes that old looking building as you say is the Grand Hotel,as for the tram lines they have not operated for years.one day the council may spend a bit of money to get them operating again, but i will not hold my breath...Thanks matey..........John

  • Is that big old looking building a hotel where the tram lines run up the hill?

    Looks very nice.

Scarborough is definitely the kind of sea side town that I like, still got that old fashioned sea side look to it, quaint and cosy kind of place.

certainly a great day for making this video John, the sea looked stunning.

    Fabulous 5*
