The little blonde girl doing the tap solo is Janet Bursten who later joined the Little Rascals after Darla left the series. She's a diffenite talented little tapper and the same for those cute little taps dolls behind her.

@1979cl1 No Janet appeared later on in this short, she was one of the little children at the end, singing that song when poor Froggy was sweating with that heater under him eating those extra salty crackers. The children were singing some song about "On a Sunday afternoon" Janet who was around six and a cute little boy were walking slowly at the end of the line.
