@CountVonBrink i know it seems stupid when you call it a catch but, i know it as a pick. you know to deflect and move around the jab cause it flicks fast and you can pace it to keep from it doubling up in case you miss the timing cause he feints and throws another left.

@1BREAL353 sorry I am not impressed and this is wrong: the first thing you will learn in boxing is your position. You have to be sideways: left shoulder and knee on elbow on the same line: you are sideways. the guy with the hat is facing full face his opponent and his turning his body when receiving a punch...this is wrong...have a good position from the beginning will avoid receiving punches. do no wait for the punch be ready to avoid it.

@xen001234 looks like he does twist a lil bit, but i do argree that he should turn his waist more so it lines up to both his left shoulder and knee, but I cant blame him looks like he has his own style, and some times you can get away with something like that if you good enough that is.

@kenseisato1989 thats just real jkd striking buddy its rare to see i know with most of the jkd world being fakes and frauds and wannabes that hide behind lies and students blowing up there wig to look better its sucks but its the sad truth today. bruce lee said only one in ten thousand will truely get it which means out of all the guys that trained with bruce lee only a couple of them guys really got it i know bob bremer was one of them. the proofs in the pudding.

i knew the philly shell aredy but the variations u showed were sick and this i think was the best explanation ive seen. the sliding roll iv seen and dont use alot but again the difrent combos were cool cuz u explained alot of the technical aspects of the move itself, dope clip man raw.also i liked the mma combos u threw in fa real

I like using Philly because it allows a bit of a rest for my jabbing hand. I think you have to worry more about the left hook though, especially if a guy jab fakes to a left hook, but all-in-all it seems like an awesome way to defend yourself.
