HI.. i been searching volcano cakes and this is the best one I have found.. but I am wondering, IF I make this for Adults.. will they like the taste of the lava?? THANK YOU!

The lava is mostly tasteless and shouldn't be offensive to adults. I'd consider adding some vanilla or a small amount of liquor to the warm water to give the lava a little flavor.

I have dry ice in the center and then rehydrated egg white, sugar and food coloring. When it comes to the table, I add hot tap water which mixes with the egg white mixture and comes out as lava.

what was in the middle of the cake for the bubbly bit to come out and the smoke .. what did you add?
